Project implementation stages
Needs analysis and initial design:
In the first step, the technical team of FORESEEN Advertising Group held meetings with the organization’s representatives to identify the exhibition’s exact requirements. Based on this analysis, the features of the touchscreens, including dimensions, software and hardware capabilities, and the type of content, were determined.
Equipment manufacturing and assembly:
According to the project requirements, the body structure was fabricated and the electronic components were installed using the best materials and up-to-date technologies. At this stage, priority was given to durability, operating speed, and the high accuracy of the touch panels.
Custom software development:
A dedicated user interface was designed and developed for these touchscreens, enabling the display of information (multimedia), video playback, 3D image display, and interaction with visitors.
Testing and quality assurance:
Before delivery, all devices were tested in a simulated environment to ensure their optimal and fault-free performance.
On-site installation and commissioning:
FORESEEN’s installation team attended the exhibition site and installed and commissioned all the touchscreens in the designated locations. The necessary training for use and content management was also provided to the organization’s representatives.
Results and achievements
- Increased exhibition appeal and improved visitor user experience.
- Fast and interactive information delivery.
- Showcasing the technical capabilities of FORESEEN Advertising Group in developing smart advertising equipment.
Conclusion
This project is an effective step toward strengthening future cooperation between FORESEEN Advertising Group and this organization, and it has provided a suitable platform for implementing similar projects in the future.

What is a touchscreen or touch kiosk?
A touchscreen, or touch display, is a type of user interface that enables direct interaction with electronic devices through touching the display. This technology allows users to interact with a device without the need for peripheral tools such as a mouse or keyboard. Touchscreens are used in various types of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, information kiosks, and industrial systems.
Types of touchscreen technologies
Touchscreens are made using different technologies, including:
Resistive:
It consists of two conductive layers that come into contact with each other when touched.
It offers high accuracy but has lower sensitivity to light touches.
It is commonly used in industrial environments and specialized applications.
Capacitive:
It operates based on changes in the electric field at the contact points.
It is more sensitive and more accurate, and supports multi-touch capability.
It is common in devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW):
It uses sound waves to detect touch.
It offers high transparency and greater accuracy, but it is sensitive to physical impacts.
Infrared:
It uses optical sensors to detect touch.
It has high durability and is suitable for use in harsh and industrial environments.
Main features of touchscreens
Simple and user-friendly interaction:Users can easily execute commands by directly touching the display.
Flexibility:Suitable for use in various devices and industries, such as stores and information centers.
High speed:No peripheral tools are required, and it enables faster interaction.
Multi-touch:Many touchscreens support simultaneous touch at multiple points.
What is a touch kiosk?
A touch kiosk is a device equipped with a touchscreen that is specifically designed to provide interactive services. These devices are usually used in public places such as airports, shopping centers, restaurants, and banks for purposes such as:
Information services
Processing financial transactions
Providing automated services (such as ticket issuance or order registration).
Advantages of touchscreens and touch kiosks
Ease of use:No special training is required, and most users can use it easily.
Time saving:It increases the speed of information processing and task completion.
Space optimization:Eliminating the keyboard and mouse makes device design smaller and more minimalistic.
Engaging interactive communication:It provides an improved user experience.
Resistance and durability:Many touchscreens are designed for use in demanding environments.
Applications of touchscreens and touch kiosks
Stores and retail:Used for self-checkout or product display.
Restaurants:For customer order placement.
Banks:For providing ATM services and financial consultations.
Industry and manufacturing:Control of machinery and production lines.
Education:Educational tools and classroom presentation.
Healthcare:Patient information registration systems and queue/appointment reception.
Conclusion
A touchscreen or touch kiosk is a combination of technology and innovation that makes interaction with devices simpler, faster, and more engaging. With the growing need for automated services and interactive technologies, the use of this equipment has increased across different areas of everyday life and plays an important role in improving efficiency and increasing user satisfaction.
